Although Bistro Provence is under new management, we are committed to keeping the staff and dishes that our patrons have come to know and love. Our new Executive Chef, Nery Palma has come to us with years of experience at some of the finest establishments in the state. His improvements to the menu as well as additions to the wine selections are sure to delight our most discerning customers. We have also introduced a hip happy hour menu for the mid-day crowd looking for a pick me up. We are looking forward to maintaining the traditions set forth by our last 13 years, and are excited to begin some of our own!
