Oh, I love houffety pouffety goings-on in fine restaurants and nothing could be more houffety pouffety than the other night when the king and queen of Spain were seen dining at Bistro Provence in Pinnacle Peak. Yes, King Juan Carlos and his beautiful Queen Sofia were on a private visit to our state and had dinner there. I have always admired the Spanish royal family for their good taste and choosing Bistro Provence was proof that they indeed have royal style. Bistro Provence has already won a place in our hearts…and stomachs.
This is not traditional French…it's French with flair, attention to
detail, and a real feel for great food!
